Hiding Form Field Labels

I have a form field that is defined by a text field, so there is no need to use a form field label. However, it is the form field label that is used as the data label in the email confirmations. What is being substituted for the form field label is the data field name in the emails. Not ideal from a aesthetics standpoint. Is there a way to use a form field label but hide it from the form? This would still make it available for the submissions/confirmation emails?

Thank you Eric for your prompt reply. Given I have not familiarized myself with the output files of this software, what folder / file are you referencing that I make this edit?

I'm not. the form builder has a HTML element now, (if you have the latest version) where you can code pretty much anything.
