Is it possible to hide the amount being added to total in the itemized list that shows after form is filled out.
So other words I just want the total to change and no other values to show.
i.e. I have a base computer design with a base value set in the form. Then user can select hardware and software options which add to the total price. So I want the list of additions to show without their individual price and just the final price to show.
This would help keep potential buyers from price shopping me on every little item.

I think it's part of the free enterprise system and how it actually works. I understand your frustration but as a shopper I would just go else where. I think you could help eliminate this problem with a shipping and handling fee based on the amount of items. I'll shop around for a few things just because I can but a lot of times the shipping from one shop offsets the saving from lowers prices at two different ones.
