Support topic opened. I'm going to play with some ideas in the meantime. I was hoping to have this running this week.

OK. Support says it won't work until a future release. I'm ok with saving to a text (csv) file because that will work just as well for my purposes. However, I cannot get that to work either. I am getting a 500 Internal Server Error. I have tried:
1. changing permissions to the storage folder and all sub folders/files to 777
2. manually creating a blank csv file (WFB wasn't creating it automatically)
3. No luck.
4. Frustrated.
5. Help

A 500 error means permissions are not correct. You will need to address that issue at the server level for Form Builder to be able to save there. That isn't something the software can auto-correct for you.

If I change the permissions to the storage folder and all sub-files to 777 on the server would that not solve the permissions issue? It didn't work for me.

It could be the main folder above (your public_html folder) also needs permissions changed. Until the 500 error disappears, you will continue to have issues saving to a CSV file.

Isn't that a security issue? To change permissions on the public_html folder gives read/write to the entire website.

It certainly can be, so do that with caution. ;)

Personally, I have never used a server that required the permissions to be modified for read/write through http so something on this server must be configured in a unique way.

I've always used FTP so I don't know. I guess I'll open a ticket with the host and see what they say. Ugh.

I opened a ticket with the webhost and now have the csv upload working. Permissions needed to be 755 on all folders

Awesome! You can do some great things with a csv. Prism has started showing up again and he is very good with CSV files and their manipulation.
I can't hear what I'm looking at.
