Hi Joyce,
Try republishing your files. If that doesn't work your server my not be setup correctly.

En its not working..
Wat kan jou do.
What can i do it self.
I hope its not muts work..
Its a software dat is 3weeks old.
Dat is not good.. so dis is not.
Software for dummies.. i dont onderstand html php sql.
Dat wij i buy dis simpel software from cuffeecup.
I hope its in nl Nederlands..

Try redoing the form and removing the spaces from the name.

This has come up several times in the past. No problem. Ask your hosting provider to 'Enable PHP Sessions' and that should do the trick.
No problem with the software. It has worked great for a while now. The problem is on your server and your provider should be able to fix that for you.

So was it the session or removing the spaces? Or both? I couldn't get to your server php test page that's built into the form builder with the spaces in the name but now I can with those spaces removed.

Probably a combination of both. I checked that error # though and there are several references to php sessions not being enabled.
