Im having the same problem also since installing the form builder upgrade.

Is there a way to re install the old version?

Does your server have PHP 5.3 installed?

I received this error also. Have had problems with emails since upgrade. Works fine on s-drive. Changed email configuration to use smtp login which seems to work.

I would always use s-drive except I find the submit limits a little annoying.

I created a simple form designed to send an email and save form results in a csv file.
I added the HTML to my Site Designer, FTP'd the files to the same directory on the PHP5.3 enabled web server
but continue to get Fatal error: Call to undefined function quoted_printable_encode() in ... when I click the submit button.
What else could I be missing?
