Hi

Since my server upgraded their version of php to 7.1.5 my web form has stopped working.
Is the latest version of form builder compatible or should I drop my php to a lower level.

I can choose different version on the server.

Hi Jim,
I would open a support topic and ask there. It may be a simple fix to the formbuilder for CC but until then I guess I would drop back a version on your host. Please post back when you get an answer.;)

Hi Eric.

Long time since talking to you, how are things going

The form submits and I get the results by email, but, after submitting the form the confirmation on the web page leaves a nasty little error code that hivse server address away, so removed it for now.

I have just gone down to PHP vers. 5.5 and going to give that a go, it was working fine.

CC says it should work on version 7. Did you check your server for an error logs within the form directory? It maybe a configuration issue that gets changed by the version change.
