Can you share your fb file? If it's over 100kb you'll have to upload it to your server and then share a link to it.
I can't hear what I'm looking at.
It's easy to overlook something you're not looking for.

Try a different theme. I think the theme has issues. The form was fine for me until I applied the theme.
I can't hear what I'm looking at.

bummer. Paid extra for that theme! :roll eyes: I tried one of the other themes (can't recall which). Might be the responsive part of the theme breaking it. Will play more...

It's a problem with the theme. Their going to fix it but you can alter the css of the exported form to fix it yourself.
Line 586 of the default.css change the 90% to 100%.
#docContainer.fb-toplabel .fb-static-text { width: 100%}
