Hiya

When a form is submitted, on of the items which should show either or comes into the email as so:

Authorisation: I wish to exercise my right to a health assessment., I do not wish to exercise my right to a health assessment.

It should show one or the other as we have to filter them accordingly....how do we resolve?

Hiya Oliver,

We would need to see the form to know how you have it set up better. Sounds to me like you didn't set up the fields correctly and it's reporting all items instead of the chosen ones. Not sure why, but as I said we would need to see the form to know what it looks like and how the choices are made etc.
