I just updated to the latest version of web form design. Update on a form I was using and it will not work. http://wnywebdesign.biz/bhb/bhbform.html. The form loads fine, but when I submit, the page goes blank and nothing is sent. Also, no log is created.

Your server is not running the minimum version of PHP. You need to have PHP 5.3 or higher.
