Form not showing up #3

I am using Web Form Builder Version 2.4 Build 5318

Here is the link where the form can be seen: http://maxwellcabinets.com/contactus.html

Actually, it can't be see there - nothing is showing up. I tried removing the files from the server and then the error message shows up "file not found" - so it seems like the form is there but it is invisible! I used a transparent form, but the text is black - I've used transparent forms many times and I've never had this happen. I've deleted the files and re-uploaded them twice now. When I preview the form in the form builder software it looks fine.

I tried going on here to "Support" - it says they are closed on July 4th, but apparently they are taking the entire week off. I also tried calling the support number (it is noon Central time on Monday June 30th), but I got a message that the office is closed.

I hope someone can help me get this working and I don't have to wait a week for the entire company to get back from vacation!!

Your server does not meet the minimum requirements. Each PHP file I try to access, it is either blank or gives a bad result:
http://maxwellcabinets.com/ContactFormM … binets.php
http://maxwellcabinets.com/ContactFormM … ertest.php

Refer to http://www.coffeecup.com/help/articles/ … m-builder/ for the minimum requirement.

I would suggest using S-Drive instead.

You tried calling our SALES line. Support is handled through your support room. We don't offer phone support unless it is paid for. The phone numbers on our website are for Sales related questions only. You are also posting in the public forms, so this is not the direct way to reach CoffeeCup support team. This is a way for you to discuss with other users.

And with that, you got a reply in 4 minutes. ;)

Sorry, I guess I panicked

Thanks so much for the quick response. This will work out fine, the client I'm working with has been hosting with this company for quite a while, and I was trying to get them to host with me and this pushed them over the edge. I have dozens of sites using CoffeeCup forms on my server and I know won't have this problem there.

Thanks again, and sorry for the freak out...hope everyone has a great vacation :D

I was just looking at the page with the server requirements and see where you asked if anyone was using a hosting company that was not listed, to let you know:

I use InMotion Hosting and they are superb. I've been with them for years and highly recommend them. I use dozens of CoffeeCup products and never have an issue with compatibility on their servers.

Have something to add? We’d love to hear it!
