Eric, It's my ISP email address and I've used it for years with WFB. I get email everyday at that address.
Wayan, It's not the form, it's like all of a sudden it doesn't recognize my email address. It's the email address you use to contact me with that ends in cfl.rr.com

I submitted the form, and I got a confirmation mail. Hope you get this fixed.

We're getting ready to eat some of my smoked turkey so I'll be away for a little while. I'll check back later and see if anybody has found a fix.

I decided to try another form from one of my other sites. All I did was copy the form, change the email addresses in the confirm and notification tabs. I uploaded it to the site and it works fine.

This is either an error on my part which I can't find or it was a corrupt export. I feel bad that I took others time when I should have done what I just did in the first place.
