I have had a Coffeecup web form on my website for months but today instead of the form, there is an error message displayed "OOPS! WE CAN’T FIND THAT ON OUR MAP."

I can see the form in my s-drive but cannot find any way of finding the code to put on my website.

I've opened the web form software on my PC and tried to publish the form again - but the S-Drive Publish pop-up windows just gets stuck showing 'Retrieving Account Information".

Can anyone help?

Did you change the email you used when you first bought the program? Your account is tied to that original email. If this is not the problem, I would open a support topic with CoffeeCup and I'm sure they can get you back on-line.

Just go to your name on the top right, come down to 'Your Support Room' and open a topic.
