I have a CoffeeCup web form builder form on my site: http://www.castlebaths.com/free-ebook-6 … skin2.html that is supposed to display as a popup. When I click the "get your report now" sidebar image that is supposed to trigger the popup, I get an error message that says, "Oops, we can't find that on our map." I have already looked at the header and link code of my page and confirmed that each is correct and in the right place, and I have also confirmed that my form was published to the S-drive. Why is it still not working?

You may have them linked but they need to be linked to the correct location.

OK. That worked. Thank you. I have two other issues with my forms too. One is that on the embedded forms that I'm using (http://www.niche-marketing-pr.com/websi … zation.php), they take a long time to appear on my page. Secondly, for the popups I just created, I am not getting the double opt-in e-mail confirmations? Nor are my subscriptions showing up in my mail chimp dashboard with a single opt in.

The form loading speed may be a connection issue. Loads fast for me.

What about the double opt-in? When I test the form and fill it out, I get to the thank you page where I can download the free report, but I don't get the confirmation e-mail and no new subscriptions show up in my Mail Chimp list.

I did not see a dbl opt in.
