Form is not submitting

I have used Form Builder multiple times in the past and have never had this problem. I have created a form and did a manual server setup. I inserted the code on the page and put all files in their proper spots, like I have always done. However, this time when I do a test on the form and submit it I do not receive the confirmation like I do on all the others, instead just a zero (0) replaces the form and I also do not receive a message to my email stating that I form was submitted. I tested the one on another website of mine and it works perfectly. I even copied and pasted that one exactly and it still didn't work. I have attached pictures.

Your server does not meet the minimum requirements. At first glance I think you have PHP 4. The minimum is PHP 5.3. Please see http://www.keithaque.com/form/fbapp/php/servertest.php

This should report back a bunch of system information, however it is blank. You will need to contact your hosting provider and have them upgrade your PHP installation.

If all that is too much, publish your form to S-Drive and it will work right away. ;)

Thanks, Scott. That makes perfect sense. I didn't think about the server being the problem. That would be the only difference between the 2 sites. Thanks a bunch for your help!!

Ok, so the hosting company upgraded the PHP to 5.3. The form was working earlier today. I went into the form to change the email address to have the contents of the form sent to. I re-uploaded all of the files and now I am receiving this message:

Warning: [ err 2/line 366/config.cls.php] session_start(): open(/var/php_sessions/sess_c40f5a7282770cef3decc59f7339f011, O_RDWR) failed: No such file or directory (2)

Anyone know what happened?

How could it have worked earlier and not now? It always messes me up when the client chooses their own hosting company.

You would really have to ask your hosting provider on that one. That is something enabled/disabled at the server level.

On S-Drive, that would always work. ;)
