Do you have a link to the form? Sounds like not all the files go uploaded.

Okay, I think I may have a clue (and that could be dangerous!)... When I click submit, this is the link that gives you the blank page
http://budmeister.biz/formsonline/canadaregistration_exported/canadaregistration.php

Note the /canadaregistration_exported/ portion. This folder never gets uploaded to your server! On your computer, look in that _exported folder and you will see your canadaregistration.php and a folder. Upload those to your server at the same location as the HTML page that contains your form. Let me know if it works.

Thanks again for looking. I don't want to seem dense but I guess I have no choice LOL..... Did you mean I should not export the canadaregistration_exported/ folder but only the contents of that folder into the same location as the html file containing the form? If I misunderstood that then the answer is no as the canadaregistration_exported/ is uploaded and contains the sub folder canadaregistration/canadaregistration.php I have uploaded a jpg of the ftp folders for you to look at
Thanks so much!!

Exactly!! Just upload the contents of the _exported folder, not the folder itself.

Thanks for the suggestion however it still left me a blank white page even though I said to redirect to another welcome page? It's getting frustrating and I'm starting to wonder if the software is working OK

Thanks again for your help!!

Software works fine. Lots of us are using it. Hmmm, you might want to open a support topic with Coffeecup. My time is going to be short today. Just go your name on the top right and scroll down to 'Your Support Room' and open a topic. I'm sure someone there will be able to help you out.
