I was able to set up a confirmation email and it looks great.
When you are setting up a notification email (the results of the form to the company) I see how to do everything but how do you place the results of the original form? The standard notification was fine but the wanted to change the header and a brief line of copy.

Thanks Eric,
I dont get it - - Both Notification form and the confirmation email show up correctly inside the Form builder ( you can see the sample) but after I export and install and do a test only one shows up correctly.

When you say notification your referring to the one sent to the owner of the form?
