A client let me know they're receiving email results in code instead of text from their forms.
The 2 forms on their site have been working fine for some time, so I don't know where to begin looking for what could have caused this???:o
Has anyone else experienced this?
Could it be something to do with email settings on their end?

Have you tested it yourself to see if you get the same results?

Did you know that Web Form Builder can be used for both simple and complicated forms and that it's not limited to the default fonts and buttons? Take a look at a form we developed for WindowTinting.com.

OK – Here's what the form results email looks like:
Appointment Request<table style="width: 100%;"><tbody style="vertical-align: text-top;line-height: 30px;"><tr><td style="font-weight: bold; width:30%;">Name*:</td><td>Tanya Couture</td></tr><tr><td style="font-weight: bold; width:30%;">Are you a current patient?*:</td><td>YES</td></tr><tr><td style="font-weight: bold; width:30%;">Email:</td><td>tanyacouture@yahoo.com</td></tr><tr><td style="font-weight: bold; width:30%;">Phone*:</td><td>3145780585</td></tr><tr><td style="font-weight: bold; width:30%;">Best time to call?:</td><td>Anytime</td></tr><tr><td style="font-weight: bold; width:30%;">Preferred Day*:</td><td>Any Day</td></tr><tr><td style="font-weight: bold; width:30%;">Preferred Time*:</td><td>Any Time</td></tr><tr><td style="font-weight: bold; width:30%;">Please describe the nature of your appointment*:</td><td>regular checkup</td></tr><tr><td style="font-weight: bold; width:30%;">What letter does Dentist start with?:</td><td>D</td></tr><tr><td style="font-w! eight: bold; wid

It used to be normal text, and I haven't changed anything on the forms.

I can't hear what I'm looking at.

Don't know.
It's at Lunarpages, last time I tried to login, it demanded that I update the password. Now I can't login.
Client sent new password, but it doesn't work for me either. I can still use the Editor FTP or Direct FTP to upload files, but can't get to CPanel.

On the server, choices for new PHP versions are:
PHP 5.2
PHP 5.3
But it currently uses 5.6.14.???

Should I contact support and ask about a different version?
