When I submit a form setup for paypal use, I receive the following error:
Fatal error: Class 'PDO' not found in /home/kma/public_html/kiger-mustangs/KMA-Membership-Application/fbapp/php/datasavemysql.cls.php on line 71

That means the PDO module for PHP is not installed. Contact your hosting provider and they should be able to fix that for you.
