Good morning!

Mike Wilkerson here from 2GuysTalking:

I'm having a variety of problems with the Web Form Builder and was wondering if you can help us:

First: Alterations that are made inside the interface aren't always "captured", saved and implemented. The dropdowns menu in particular gives us fits.

Second: We recently created two forms and are getting:

"Your form could not be submitted for the following reason(s):
Warning: [ err 2/line 462/formpage.cls.php] mkdir() [<a href='function.mkdir'>function.mkdir</a>]: No such file or directory
Could not create file upload directory "/home/j2guysta/public_html/change/2guystalking-change-form-request-master/storage/files/"
Failed to record the data because the server is too busy or doesn't have write permission."

I have two servers online so - I've no idea what we need to do to get this working but we need to do it asap to get a couple of projects off the list and to use the web form builder to make a large volume of customer interaction forms online for a construction company we're developing an online presence for.

These two errors are common across the two forms that live on the same box.

Let me know what else I can do to help and provide for you.

There can be 2 possible issues here:

1. This issue could be caused by permissions not being properly set on your server. With an FTP client, locate the folder called storage and change the permissions for that folder and all folders under it to 755. That should then fix the issue.

2. That could be caused by PHP Sessions not being enabled on your server. All you need to do is contact your hosting provider and have them enable PHP Sessions and your form will start to work.

Alternatively, if they cannot enable PHP Sessions, you can publish to S-Drive as our servers do have PHP Sessions enabled.
