Yep, me too. I thought maybe it had something to do with the website being a "dot net" instead of ".com" (as my forms work without issue on all other sites). But I'm stumped? Here's the exact message I'm seeing (every time):

Your form could not be submitted for the following reason(s):
Warning: [ err 2/line 390/config.cls.php] session_start() [<a href='function.session-start'>function.session-start</a>]: open(/var/php_sessions/sess_b1035d2319938af4046421990aead7de, O_RDWR) failed: No such file or directory (2)
Warning: [ err 2/line 23/mergeformpost.inc.php] DOMDocument::loadHTML() [<a href='domdocument.loadhtml'>domdocument.loadhtml</a>]: Attribute maxlength redefined in Entity, line: 160

Excellent thought! Not sure, will check now (and let you know).
Update: that must be it . . . I just uploaded the form to one of the other sites and it worked perfectly.
I will have to ring Powweb's tech support and have the issue resolved.
Thanks very much!

Yep, that was it.
Got Powweb to initiate the change and everything runs properly.
Thanks for pointing me in the right direction.

Hi there, I am having the same problem with a form hosted outside coffecup server.
The error message is

[error] [client 177.81.14.97] PHP Fatal error: Class 'DOMDocument' not found in /backup/f75212/www/FIRCON/FIRCON - Convidados Novos_exported/FIRCON - Convidados Novos/fbapp/inc/mergeformpost.inc.php on line 21, referer: http://www.funnynet.com.br/FIRCON/FIRCON%20-%20Convidados%20Novos_exported/FIRCON%20-%20Convidados%20Novos/FIRCON%20-%20Convidados%20Novos.html

I thought it could be related on my PHP version. It could be checked here

Someone could help me please?

Try renaming your form and removing the spaces from the name and reuploading.
