Hi,

I'm working on a new form using WFB for the first time. I have set up a test version of the form, but keep getting error messages when trying to submit a form. The error messages refer to 2 php-files that I cannot find amongst the files in the fbapp folder that was generated by WFB.

Unable to access /var/www/vhosts/metkinderennaarrome.nl/httpdocs/contact/contactformulier_kinderen/fbapp/php/pear_error.cls.php

Unable to access /var/www/vhosts/metkinderennaarrome.nl/httpdocs/contact/contactformulier_kinderen/fbapp/php/datetimezone.cls.php

I checked with my hosting provider, they are running php5.3

What am I doing wrong here?

Thanks,
Johan

That issue means you have PHP 4 installed. You need PHP 5.3 or higher.

Thanks Scott, I'll recontact our hosting provider because they already confirmed they are running 5.3

@ Scott - After contacting our hosting provider it turns out that allthough th egeneral policy is to run 5.3, our sites are currently still hosted on a server using PHP 5.1 (this is an old contract). We will be moved to new servers asap. Thank you for your suggestion.

@ Eric - After your suggestion I have first made a new set of export files and noticed that WFB generated more files than in the previous export. I have uploaded the new site to the S-drive where everything seems to work fine now.
I will have to wait a few days for the upgrade to be completed and can then test the new set on the server of our provider.

Post back either way and update us on your server success or failure.:)

The server upgrade took some time, but now that it is completed the form works fine. I'm now testing an S-drive version and a hosted version in parallel and do not see any differences in behavior. Strange thing though is that suddenly the e-mail notifications have stopped on both servers. The boxes for notification message and autorespond message are both ticked, but I will further test this during the weekend.
