I was able to find out where I made a mistake.

Instead of using the Magical Email field I used a Text Field

This apparently caused the problem.

For anyone reading this take my advice Open the Software

Go to Help..and READ THE INSTRUCTIONS.

Although saying that I tried to enter the Number Field for the Phone Contact and it would not send..

Is that the wrong Field to use?

The number field is only for numbers.
If you have anything else in the field it won't work.
Max. number to insert is 999999999.

After trying for the last 8 hours I eventually got it to work on my server, however after three tests to ensure all was well..I was delighted at last it works..
However on the fourth test I received this:

I am having quite a few customers with iphones thinking a form has sent but it has not. they say they get a sound as if it went but no confirmation screen. any help?

Also I want to know if it is possible to format the text on different lines in the boxes. That is to say where you can put an example in greyed out writing inside a text box can I code it so it is on different lines.
