Hello there
I've just gone in to update my form (do it each month) and have had all sorts of problems.

The main change is to reload the previous month, delete all options in the option list and use the 'add' feature to add another list of options from a text file. This is what I normally do .(Would be nice if there was a 'delete existing' option..!!).
Anyway, today when I do that, every time I then click on one of the options, I get an 'already exists' error. I can confirm that here is only one of that option. I cannot edit it to change a name, but I can delete it, which defeats the object of loading a list. I've tried saving first and this doesn't work.
Then it has shut down twice on me with the error in the attached jpeg. I cannot recover.

So I tried deleting the element, adding a new one and adding the list. The program exited. (Not with the attached error though, jsut a windows error box)
I did the same, but added a list I used last month. The program exited.
I did the same, but added a list from the summer. Loaded ok without a quit, but then got the 'already exists' error when trying to click on an option.

I'm really confused here as I do this all the time without problems.

Thanks
Steve

PS I can send last month's fb file too if it helps, together with an option list that has worked, but I can't upload it on this forum..?

Zip your your fb file up to post it.
I can't hear what I'm looking at.

Thank you for your help
I've attached a zip file - sorry can't as the fb file is 145k and limit 100k!

Would you mind trying this dropbox link?

(BTW I did reinstall WFB and still had the same errors.)

Thanks
Steve

I am able to alter your list by hitting the - button under the option list. This removes unwanted options but when I click on an option I get the warning. This I think should not happen. There's no way that I can find to skip some that you want to keep. I would open a support topic as I think this is a bug. Reference this thread when you do.:)

Hello again

Have started again with a form I did last April and modified the option list without adding another.
It seems to be ok so far.
Even uploaded fine!

Not officially live on the site yet, but the test page works.
Perhaps I had something corrupted...don't know what was wrong.

Seems sorted now at least.

Cheers

Thank you Eric.
I have done as you advised. Apologies - it should probably have gone there to begin with...!
Anyway, as I have reported, I seem to have got this month's sorted one way or another now which is good.

Cheers
Steve
