Is this now addressed in the latest 2.5 update? It would be great if you could send a confirm email before (and/or) after confirmed payment has been made. Even have emails sent out if payment was cancelled or failed would be a bonus.

No, this has not be addressed. See change logs for full list of what was included: http://www.coffeecup.com/forums/web-for … ange-logs/

If this is not included (which I think should be a top priority) please can you tell me why there are both "Receipt" & "Confirmation " in the email templates. That doesn't make a lot of sense!

It makes total sense Sue! :)

Confirm Emails are the auto-responders. If payments are enabled, you can send a customized receipt or simply an email. We give you choices. ;)

But what ever you put in the confirmation email, it is sent out BEFORE the customer has actually paid. That is the point. We need the "You have paid" email to be sent out AFTER payment has been successful.

That is not an option within Form Builder at this time.

So it doesn't make any sense. ;)

When will it be an option?

It's a real shame this very important issue hasn't been solved. I really hoped it might have been by now.

I have a form on a website that includes PayPal payment. Three responses have been received from the from and payment was included with two and one did not include payment. The form is on the bottom of this page, http://tennesseesheep.org/events.htm I cannot see how you can submit the info without making payment.

Right now that is done by design. This way you get the email regardless. In a future update we will be making this a setting so you can control when the email is sent.

I did not understand the answer. I did not think the form would go through unless payment was made. So, you are saying email will be received without the customer making payment?
