Here I am again.. dazed and confused. After building so many of these forms with this software..with a few little problems that were quickly resolved.. I've discovered another one I'm not sure how to address.

Made the form ...very simple... as usual. Uploaded to server. Checked to see how it displayed and I get an sad face that says "unable to resolve the server's DNS address" although the 'space' where the form is supposed to be is there.
