Not sure if this is a know issue or not but i cant seem to use the form in either Chrome or opera, everything seems to work apart from the date.

if you select a date the move to the next item, the form forgets you choice and requests you select a date..

Yes, this is a known issue Andrew and we will have a fix for that with 2.1 early next week.

is the problem that it says the date format is wrong???

I didn't notice a problem because most of my customers use explorer and i'm still getting a lot of forms back from guest - i use chrome and when i filled in the form today for a customer it wouldn't except the date - said wrong format then it sort of lost the date ....it also came up with 2 calenders one right after the other (one looked like formatted CSS and one looked plain text) - i'm using the current updated version... i deleted the date field and added a new one... same results??

Scott,

I upgraded to 2.1 opened the form deleted the field that contained a date, re-added it and published. I am still getting an invalid date from Chrome.

Form is below. Field is birthdate

I just tested it here with Chrome and I received no errors at all. Did you get my message?

Scott,

Yes got the post. It now seems to be working.

Question though when the page loads I see the a drop down arrow at the end of the Birth Date box for a brief second then it goes away. Is that from the Chrome form filler?

Last is there a way to make the calendar that pops down allow you to change the year and month separately?

Thanks

Greg

Yes, that is Chrome adding their calendar. We then disable it.

As to the other question, no there is no way to do that. If you want something like that, you could use 2 text fields. One for year and one for month.

Great that works.

Hey probably the wrong forum, I just went to my s-drive to grab form data and it is missing? How do I recover it?

Your account downgraded to the free plan which is why you don't have access to the form files. Upgrade to a paid plan and we maybe able to restore the forms. I will have to check into that. Open a support ticket once you upgrade.
