I am using a popup form and for most people it works flawlessly. However, several other people have reported that once clicking the "submit" button, they are not receiving the "confirmation" popup verifying that the form has been successfully completed. My guess is that the problem is with their browser settings, but I'm not certain.

I'm wondering if a browser is set to not accept cookies, could this be the problem? If not, what might be the problem that results in the form confirmation working for 95% of the people and not the remaining 5%.

Any suggestions would be appreciated.

Unfortunately, I'm unable to get a response from the 4 people (out of 52) who reported problems. My guess is IE 10 or 11.

I can't think of a browser setting that would cause that as they had to have javascript enabled in order for the form to pop.
