Conditional Statement

I originally created a web form for our organization that involves paying for a membership/registration with a credit/debit card. However, many of our members use a purchase order as a method of payment. So I added the upload file element for someone to pay with a purchase order. The problem now is that when someone hits submit they are taken to the payment page for using their credit/debit cards and this causes confusion with the people paying with a purchase order. There must be a way to have the form go to the payment page if they are using a credit/debit card or take them to a thank you for payment page if they upload a file. I know that there must be a way to add code so that happens, but I do not have the expertise to do that. If anyone could point me in the right direction I would appreciate it, thanks.

Hi Bill,
I would make two forms. One for credit transactions and one for purchase orders.
I can't hear what I'm looking at.
