HELP! I cannot get signed in to publish my form from Form Builder. Have verified my account and password on the CC Site and have updated server/ftp info. I keep getting the message Cannot Connect to Server. This form has been published before. Used the free version. Upgraded to the paid version but no help.
Any ideas?

Did you enter your CC account email and password in the form builder on the Form Publishing tab?
I can't hear what I'm looking at.
It's easy to overlook something you're not looking for.
