When I try to setup an auto-response message to be sent the message is always sent from Name@sandy.canvasdreams.com which is my hosting company. The name field takes and works however the email never seems to work.
For example If I put From: David <david@mysite.com> the auto-response email will be delivered from David@Sandy.canvasdreams.com.
Any suggestions?

Is Sandy.canvasdreams.com the actual host that the form is on and that's sending the email?

No e-mail. The confirmation page was missing all the information that was submitted.

Yes, is their anyway to change the address that the email is coming from.
I'd like it to be TCE@mywebsite.com not the server as it currently is.
