i am trying to get my attendance records for church services online, such that i can get an immediate report as soon as services are finished. I need to know if there is a way that i can get total attendance (number) using the radio buttons, or any other way.

using web form builder to track attendance in each service weekly -

i have each person listed as a radio button with 2 options, "Present" and "A" -

after the form is filled out, is there a way to get total Present from the form? and have the results emailed with the form?

Are you relying on each person that's there submitting their attendance or one person taking attendance and submitting the form?
