I have a need on a form to require at least one of either a home phone, business phone, or cell phone number. I don't want the user leaving the form unless at least one is supplied.
So, is there any way that I can test three fields and only generate an error message if all three are left blank?

Another way. Have a drop down that's required with phone number type selection and apply conditionals to show the input for the proper type of phone number. Have all the phone numbers required as the required will only apply to the one that's showing.

Thank you. That seems as if it would require all three, but, we are only going to require one. Additionally, my customer would like to have all three numbers, but, the user can't submit the form without entering at least one. So, any other thoughts?

The requirement of the phone number only applies to the one showing. Use the conditionals to show the proper phone number input after the user selects it from the drop down.
