Wondering if any one could help me. The form should show up in the newsletter box you see at the bottom of the right side column on my website: http://bc25.com

I followed all of the help files which show how to export the form and upload to my own server. Once I uploaded all of the form files, here is the code I used:

For some reason the form does not show up

Did you upload the forms from inside the; yourformname_export folder

i missed that one, and kept uploading from a layer above ; yourformname (open its inside)

Is this a different newsletter than the one you have popping up on the site? A bit redundant if it is, but if it's the same one then this is the text I'm seeing on that popup form which would say you must have checked some settings in your form to make it do the popup instead of placing it in the box? Is this the text that's on the form?
