Trouble with Uploading Website with VSD

i created a website through visual Site Designer but when I attempt to upload it a message pops up telling me it can not establish an internet connection, to check the dialog box file>misc>internet connection to see if everything was correct. I did not see a "file" box but I did find an internet section in settings. I have done everything i know to fix this. Coffeecup and Lunarpages both have tried and I do not know what else to do.

I use Windows xp, I have tried removing Coffeecup and reinstalling, I even had Geeksquad go through my computer for any issues on this end.

Any ideas?

bruce,

your lunarpages directions don't show anymore and now i NEEEED
them.

I've followed all the tutorial suggestions concerning VSD uploads with lunarpages and nothing is getting me past the
"program could not establish connection with the internet...."

I've tried dozens of combinations...with ftp prefix with/without...passive on/passive off.....www - public_html and www - index.html...etc

I also tried disabling the anti-virus and firewall.

Like all us newbs, I'm at a loss.

(and as I posted in the other section, how do I add the elements gallery into the site...separately, with the stand-alone CC FTP, or add it with the html 'adder' within VSD?)

I accidentally deleted your email---for some reason it was in my bulk folder and then it wasn't even in the trash.

Anyway, I also sent you an email...that the PROBLEM seemed to be the final / after .com that lunarpages indicated I was supposed to include in their ftp address. I think it was dumb luck that I left it out (because at this point, the thinking portion of my brain is fried) but for whatever reason, after that happenstance, the thing went through and I received a 'congratulations' message.

NOW my next challenge is adding my elements gallery. It seems to have its own FTP (although I also downloaded the CC version...I don't even know WHICH one is making it go)
....but after much pulling of the hair, I finally got the gallery to begin a download.

Oddly (?) it was taking a VERY long time and seeming to duplicate images so I stopped it. Do you have any idea of how long a gallery of 130 images should take?

this is the gallery:

It's going to be a long night. thanks for all your help.
