Scott,
I know you have some real live Italians floating around in here, but just in case they can't come up with the goods, you know you can count on me for something in Italian. Then if they have the time to check mine over.....although I have my Italian IT brother-in-law would do that anyway.

Bonsoir,

Je propose mon aide pour la traduction en français et sans fautes d'orthographes des logiciels CoffeeCup.

Good evening,

Hi, I offer my help in translating software CoffeeCup. I speak French natively.

Hi Scott
I just saw now this thread... I can do something with the Portuguese if you are interested...
I've some experience with translation... a job I've done with a Canadian software to Portuguese and i know the problems with the translations specially to fit one phrase in a size limited button.

I think this thread is a bit old, and I don't know if they are still intending to have the progs translated. I have never seen any other versions than English, and as for the Lock box, which was supposed to be the first one out, and for which the translation only was supposed to take an hour or two, it should be ready by now IMO.

I also offered to do some translation, but I never heard anything after that. Apparently my native language wasn't interesting enough :P
Ha en riktig god dag!

Translating software just went to the bottom of the list in favor of software development. This allowed us to work on Website Access Manager, Shopping Cart Creator and Shopping Cart Designer. We would love to have additional languages, but we are waiting for the right time to do it.

It's better to wait for a final/beta version of the software. Imagine if everybody translates some parts of the software and then they change a lot of menus and sentences? Tanslations would have to be done all over again.

It is not just software, it would also be documentation, articles, knowledge base posts, forums and videos.

Scott
Without trying to teach the business but if CC wants (at least for me) can send some files for translation, an help file (doc if possible) :), without compromising your schedule.
Just an hint....
(note: I'm not looking for the offers, I've already almost all applications I need, I really like to be involved).
But I understand if you people do not want to loose focus....

The real issue is we have no developers to spare to even help with the process. I just hate to have something started and then all that hard work to go waste.
