So, posts are not addressed and then when it is pointed out the person is furthermore ridiculed. Are you having fun?

Ok, I won't answer you questions any more because I don't want you to take them the wrong way.:)
Sorry you feel that way. I was messing with Gunsmoke.;)
I can't hear what I'm looking at.
It's easy to overlook something you're not looking for.

Seems to me you did not want to answer my questions in the first place and can twist anything that is said subsequently to meet that purpose

The support ticket was addressed professionally. I was not told that it was an inappropriate issue. By the way I am from Missouri too. But, have escaped the State of Misery and am living in Florida.

Hiya Greg,

Eric did ask what was wrong, but then having a little fun with Gunsmoke while they waited for your answer. No offense to you was meant I'm sure.

So the question does still remain as to what issues you're having?

Greg, We don't actually know what you mean by only saying 'The forum is broken'. And since you have made posts earlier, that probably was meant as a pun ('I don't know what I'm here after' or something along those lines), I guess the others in the thread must have thought that you just posted something like that again.

Further, if you meant the above post as a support ticket, you have come to the wrong place. We are all users here, and support tickets have to be posted under Support, look top right of the page, click and open the dropdown under your name.

Now, please explain what you see as broken. I went to the VSD forum and everything looked ok. Was that the place you found broken? Any error messages? We need (and also CC support need) to know a bit more.

The forum is broken is and has gotten lots of attention. Site recovery in S-drive in VSD forum was getting no attention. Seems that I am going to continue to reap the sewn oats from that post for a long time. The forum is broken one that is. As for the other post it was very professionally addressed in the support ticket. Usually I have outstanding patience, guess that it has been wanting in this case.

Was I unprofessional in this thread?
I thought I answered your question.

I am totally confused here lol, I thought you were talking about one of the forums being broken, but that's not the issue I take it? What exactly is the issue here Greg? I went to the post that Eric put the link in his last post and it was handled very well as far as I could see. And as Inger pointed out, do be aware this is a user to user forum, this isn't the support ticket area in case you were thinking you were doing a ticket and not posting on forums.

Either way, I'm confused as to where the problem is here.

I also followed that link, and it seems that nothing is broken, the word 'broken' must have been used by Greg to get attention.
I actually read the other thread yesterday (or was it earlier today?), but since I don't use VSD nor S-drive, I didn't reply to it, having nothing sensible to say. Now there are more posts in that topic, and if I have understood the problem correctly:

1. you have lost the .vnu file of your site. If it is uploaded to a server (NOT S-drive), the .vnu file can be retrieved from the 'download' folder on your site. Since you have three sites with the same contents, as it seems, one of them surely must have that file stored.
2. On the other hand, you want a responsive site. And therefore you can't use VSD. You need the HTML Editor. If you want to use the same images for the responsive site, you just pick them off one of your sites. The same with the text. But, as Jo Ann is saying, for small screens you need a much simpler site, one that can show below each other what you now have beside each other. Not to mention the flash files, which won't display on mobile devices anyway.

Looks like starting from scratch is you best option. Good luck! You know you can always come here for help if you need it. :)
