I went to the my CC support room log in place a couple of times recently today and get this attached message.
According to the message the break was for yesterday not today.
Please to open up support you... Thank you
I need assistance with domain name management. I called network solutions and cannot do this stuff with them where the domain names are registered because I do not have an account with them. Has to do with my Google webmaster tools site account.

Don't call the 800 number as you cannot get help for that there. Open a support ticket (as always).
