Safari problem.

At least the two latest versions of Safari (on Win7/64) have had some sort of glitch: When you open it, paste an url and hit Enter, it changes back to the opening screen, and only if you type the url manually you have a chance of getting there.

Has anyone had that, and have you got it sorted? If yes, I'd very much like to know how.

No problem...just tried it, but I am still on the antiquated (but reliable) XP.

I have noticed the same problem as you Inger, in my case on Win7/32. Very irritating! My only 'solution' has been to stay away from Safari until I can check out their next update... :/

I see the same thing on Win7/64. If you make any changes to the url it works. I just type a character after the paste then backspaced it out.
I can't hear what I'm looking at.
It's easy to overlook something you're not looking for.
