With all this teasing we've been doing to Scott over spelling and typing it got me thinking about what I type consistently wrong even though I'm a very good speller, a pretty good typist (slower since I stopped playing games LOL) and still mess up on the same words consistently! My most famous ones are:

accidentally and consistently

I always type them as:

accidently and consistantly

and I catch it every time and have to redo it lol. After years of doing this, and I must admit I have done this same stupid mistake for years lol, you would think my fingers would have caught on by now!

What do you consistently misspell?

I used to regard myself as a fairly good speller - until I joined these forums :P All the then/than, your/you're, hear/here, there/their/trey're, wonder/wander and other confusions I have seen here kind of colour off on me. I never had a problem with them before, but now I often have to stop and think.

Of course I may misspell something, or make a grammar or expression error in between, but my excuse is that English after all is a foreign language to me.

My problem has mainly to do with typos. I hit between keys, the key beside the one I want, more keys at the same time or every now and then I hit the ruddy cAPSLOCK WHEN i WANT AN A.

This is not an excuse for my poor spelling but ever since I got this Gateway laptop with a flat keyboard keys, it is worse. :D

That and I must have some sort of dyslexia thing going on, reversing letters.
