Member Directory idea's?

Hi, I'm doing a website for an HOA (Home Owners Association) and they have a Member Directory with all the home owners names and contact info that they would like to have available on the website (protected of course, I think I have that part handled). Currently its a word doc that they have printed up like a booklet and mail out.

This is my first try at building a website. Any idea's, of how to handle the data? I'd rather not just upload a pdf that they have to open. Any suggestions would be greatly appreciated! Thanks.:/

I personally don't think a pdf is a big deal as most browsers have the Adobe Reader plug-in installed. But you could just as easily use tables or divs to present the data.
CoffeeCup... Yeah, they are the best!

A pdf would be the simplest solution and save you a lot of work too. A pdf is also an easy way for the users to download a copy (if this is something you want to happen).

If you are worried about them not having Adobe Reader pop a download link with the link to the document or code so that if they don't have Adobe Reader it prompts them to download a copy.
I know you believe you understand what you think I said...but I am not sure you realize that what you heard is not exactly what I meant.
