I am currently working on a site, and it's going gooooood

Question though, is there a way I can have someone edit a photo title, or a tag message on the photo without having to actually edit the image itself?

Like a photo, a layer and then a message?

Or will I have to have them write it out and then personally edit each image?

How do I use the form builder?

Have a user submit to CSV or mysql and use a script to display the needed data.
