Hi all , have done Search here, have read everything, have tried everything I've seen suggested to others (several different things). I can't see the favicon I made no matter which way I do anything with the link tag. The .ico file has been uploaded to the root directory, and was "validated" on that validation page. Tried everything, must be missing something though! Yeppers, did the cache-clearing every time I tried something different. Did the Add-to-Favorites thing and visited several times, no show. Can someone sometime please check and see what I am doing wrong? Again, I have Vista, could that be why I don't see it? But I see everyone else's... Am stuck now...

I see your favicon just fine (pine tree).

Here is a trick to get it to view with IE. In the address box, click and drag the blank page with the IE logo. Sometimes, I have to drag it a distance into the page I am viewing.

Today, with IE7, I just visited the page, and the favicon showed up.

Don't know why I couldn't see it in *my* IE7... hmph! LOL But just now, I uploaded the gif version of the favicon, where previously I had only uploaded the favicon itself, and now it is suddenly there! Heh! Fun.
