Downloading Fonts

I have been downloading CoffeeCup's free fonts for years. Now, I can't get them. It says it sends it to my e mail, but it does not. And I have checked my email settings. I sent an e mail to support weeks ago and never got an answer.
Suggestions anyone?

First, you may want to click on profile and change your forum name to something other than your email address. No need to leave your valid email address available to the spammers bots.

Since you have contacted CoffeeCup support, have you checked your support history? I suspect you will see a message there. Go to http://www.coffeecup.com/help/ and log in. Look down until you see the contact us link and just below that is the link to your support history.

I suspect you will find that their answer is that the Comcast Spam filter catches CoffeeCup messages.

I have also tried to download on of the fonts, and saw the message that a download link had been sent to my Comcast email. That email never arrived.

I selected Preferences while viewing my Comcast email online. One of the options is then spam filter. I clicked on spam filter and was able to enable the screen option which will put a copy of the spam emails in the screened mail folder. I have tried a second font and will check later to see if it arrives.

I do wish Comcast allowed the use of a white list.
