Be sure to log into the Customer Care section and check the link "My Question History." If you've submitted a question in the online form, it should be ticketed in their system. I say to check the My Question History as sometimes anti-spam and other reasons prevent proper email delivery. I don't know what CoffeeCup estimates in their response time, but I've had other companies stating it could take several business days, so we could hope for sooner.
So far, I've only submitted 3 questions and my longest wait was 7 hours.

You can also try your question here in the forums if you think another user may have gone through a similar issue. In any case, I hope you get your answer. ;)

I have to agree with Adam. I have sumitted questions and found the turnaroud time to be very quick. Please let us know if you found your answer in the customer care section. If not, maybe you could email them with your ticked number, if you have it.

Yes, he did. The question was does anyone ever get help. I responded to his email also and there lies the problem. He has not answered me since. That has been well over 38 hours now. That is a bad turn around.
