Can anyone recommend an online (hosted) bug/issue tracker? Jira looks promising, but I don’t like that its written in Java. I’m looking for something written in PHP/MySQL.

Right now I’m using email to manage bugs – and it’s a total disaster.

I guess the next question is free or not? I haven't had much experience to compare, but CoffeeCup uses Basecamp, which seems to do the job. It's far from free though, ranging from $24-$149/mo, depending on storage/features.

Perhaps Bugzilla or phpBugTracker will work. I'm all for the freebies.
