Maybe the libs will pass a bill requiring you to have flood and blizzard insurance. :)

Where I live there is no danger of floods, avalanches, volcanoes, the only thing we have to make sure doesn't happen is forest fires. Since before Easter it has been dangerously dry in this part of the country, and there has been a ban imposed on forestry work. But last week we finally had some rain with more to come, so I think the danger is over for now.
