How about an Email Marketing Software

I think CC could do an awesome job at coming up with a good email marketing software. Something like SendBlaster (SendBlaster.com). It is a database of sorts but really a nice piece of work.

There is a software out there I believe it's called High Impact that does what you're needing. I don't know if it only works with certain email marketing servers (the one I see it on is Mailchimp.com) but it's pretty nice software.

I would also love to see CC do something like this, and I'd love to see them beat the price of the HI one as it's like $150 or something like that. Very expensive anyways so yeah I would love CC to do this too in the future. :)

Jo Ann,
Yes I checked out all those options. And most of them are an online service that you have to pay monthly for. MailChimp has a freebie that is pretty awesome, but still online.

SendBlaster is the best one I found that is software you install on your computer and you keep track of it all yourself, not an online service. So there are no fees. SendBlaster has a free one and one that cost around $100.

I personally don't like being tied down to an online service that I have to keep making monthly payments for. I guess it comes from the days of having credit cards and monthly payments. I got rid of all my CC debt and no longer have those monthly payments. Sure feels good :D:D So the last thing I want is more monthly payments.

Hiya Steven,

Actually High Impact is software that you install on your computer that includes quite a few free themes to use as well as a ton of them that you can use if you buy the program (or subscribe, can't remember which way it was). If you are a user of Mailchimp.com you can get the software for free, but what I am not sure about is if it will only connect to Mailchimp or if you can use that version of the software for other mailing list servers. I "think" this is a version of the software that is setup specifically for Mailchimp users, but I could be wrong there as I've only messed around with it once and took it off because it installed a font that messes up CC's site lol so I took it off. I will probably try it again and just copy the font to a different place and then uninstall and reinstall the font and see if that works.

Either way it is a software you install not an online thing. It's not the easiest thing to find on the Mailchimp site though so if you do want to check it out and can't find it let me know and I'll see if I can help you locate the download link for it. :)

I've used Constant Contact and while very functional and well done I think CC would do an awesome job at email marketing and email forms creation. If you had it I'd buy it.
