How about a program that can keep track of the ammount of times a file has been downloaded from the server. I know this can be achieved using a counter program but it's too complicated for me to try. I don't feel like going crazy.

What do ya think?

This would essentially allow the user to view the most downloaded items / popular items from a web site.
