The menu designers you have are great, but how about something with CSS with Themed choices.

The HTML Editor has a built in CSS Menu designer built-in. No themes but easy to change the type, colors, and fonts.

Yeah, I have used it, and I agree, it is easy to use. I was thinking of something with themes as I am seeing a lot of cool CSS menu's out there nowadays.
