After using sites such as Impulse Driven and Good Old Games to purchase and download software, I think CoffeeCup could benefit from their own client side program to purchase and/or download their software. Impulse uses their own custom written software, where as Good Old Games uses an Adobe AIR based utility. Both serve their purpose well and are frequently used. Hopefully this will get some ideas "brewing" (please shoot me now) in your heads and help think up new software to offer your dedicated and loyal customers.

I would like to add that AVS4YOU.com and Nero both have nice "launchers". This would also benefit coffeecup in having one program located on the desktop to launch any program purchased.
